These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RepPage (the “App”) and our related online pages (together, the “Service”), operated by the provider of RepPage (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RepPage. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. What RepPage provides
RepPage lets users create and join fitness challenges, record challenge videos, compete on leaderboards, follow other users, send direct messages, and use virtual play credits within the App. Features may change over time.
5. Virtual play credits
- RepPage uses virtual play credits (“Credits”) for challenge entry and prize pots.
- Credits have no real-world cash value and cannot be sold, transferred outside the Service, or redeemed for money, goods, or services.
- Credits are not deposits, e-money, or gambling stakes. RepPage is not a casino, sportsbook, or financial service.
- We may grant Credits (for example at sign-up or through daily bonuses), adjust balances to correct errors, or change Credit economics with reasonable notice where required.
- Except where required by law, Credits are non-refundable and forfeited when your account is closed or terminated.
6. Health and safety
Physical exercise involves risk. You are solely responsible for deciding whether a challenge is appropriate for your fitness level and health. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise programme if you have medical concerns.
RepPage does not provide medical, coaching, or professional fitness advice. Challenge results, rep counts, and rankings are generated by the App and other users and may be inaccurate.
7. Your content
You may upload videos, photos, comments, messages, and other material (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Service.
You represent that you have the rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, manipulate results, or use bots or automation to gain an unfair advantage;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others;
- post content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security;
- use the Service for spam, fraud, or unauthorised commercial activity;
- attempt to buy, sell, or trade Credits or accounts outside the Service.
9. Challenges, results, and disputes
Challenge outcomes may be determined automatically and/or reviewed by administrators. Users may report suspected cheating or incorrect results through in-app dispute tools.
We may investigate reports and, at our discretion, void challenges, reverse results, adjust Credit balances, or take other action. Our decisions in moderation matters are final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Social features and visibility
Depending on your settings and challenge visibility, other users may see your username, profile photo, videos, results, comments, and activity. Direct messages are visible to conversation participants.
You can block users and control certain notification preferences in Settings. Blocking limits interaction but may not remove all public content already visible elsewhere.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, or restrict features if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your conduct creates risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Account deletion is handled as described in the App and Privacy Policy. Some anonymised challenge data may remain so other participants’ history stays intact.
12. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party infrastructure (including Google Firebase) for authentication, storage, messaging, and hosting. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
13. Intellectual property
RepPage, its branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that challenge results, Credits, or rankings will always be accurate.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or Credits, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) GBP £10, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in other jurisdictions may retain mandatory rights under their local law.
