RepPage

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 9 September 2026

Summary: RepPage collects information needed to run fitness challenges, social features, and your account. We do not sell your personal data. Play credits are virtual only and we do not collect payment card details in the current version of the App.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how RepPage (the “App”) and our related online pages (together, the “Service”) collect, use, and share personal information.

The Service is operated by the provider of RepPage (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Contact: support@reppage.app
Terms: https://reppage.app/terms
Privacy: https://reppage.app/privacy

2. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to users of the RepPage mobile app and visitors to our legal pages at reppage.app. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

3. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

4. Information from your device

With your permission, the App may access:

Push notifications are optional. If enabled, we store a device token so we can send alerts about challenges, messages, comments, and other activity you choose to receive.

We do not request access to your location, contacts, or advertising tracking on your device.

5. How we use information

6. How we share information

With other users. Depending on your challenge visibility and settings, other users may see your username, profile photo, videos, results, comments, and public activity. Direct messages are visible only to conversation participants.

With service providers. We use third-party infrastructure to run the Service, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, cloud functions, and push messaging). These providers process data on our behalf.

For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect users, the public, or the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Visibility of your content

RepPage supports different visibility levels for challenges (such as public, friends-only, and direct challenges). Content you mark as public may be visible to all signed-in users. Friends-only content is limited to mutual friends. Direct challenges are limited to invited participants.

Even after you delete your account, some information may remain in anonymised form where other users participated in the same challenge.

8. Third-party services

The Service is built on Google Firebase and related Google Cloud services. Firebase processes account credentials, profile and challenge data, uploaded media, notifications, and server-side operations.

We do not currently use Firebase Analytics in the App. Your use of Firebase services may also be subject to Google's terms and policies.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise much of your data. Some challenge content may be anonymised rather than deleted so other participants' history remains intact.

10. Account deletion

You can delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes your profile, email, wallet, messages, notifications, follows, profile photo, uploaded videos, and related account data, subject to anonymisation of shared challenge content as described above.

11. Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and Firebase security rules. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. International transfers

We and our service providers may process and store information in the United Kingdom and other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to data portability.

You can update much of your information in the App. For other requests, contact support@reppage.app.

If you are in the UK or EEA, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

14. Children

RepPage is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@reppage.app.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at https://reppage.app/privacy and update the effective date.
